Hi, my name is Theresa, and I'm here to demonstrate to you how to use a file and which one would be best for you. Here I have in front of you is a hundred, and hundred eighty grit file. What that means to you, is this is a pretty coarse nail file. People with natural nails can use this one, you just want to be a little bit more careful. If you don't have a nail clipper at home, you can definitely use this nail file, right here, to bring down your nail shape. If you do have acrylic nails this is great to get that new growth going down, to file it down. This is something that everybody should carry in their purse especially if you have long nails, because you never know when one of them's going to break, and the best way to file is to go side to side, coming to the middle. Like I said, though, if you do not have a nail clipper, or one of your nails broke, and you get a stronger grit, you can definitely saw it down into the desired shape and then go around and smooth it out. They do have different grit numbers, so make sure that you find one that will suit your needs. And this is your nail file. Thank you.
